1. Booking & Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure the event date.
Events are not confirmed until the deposit and signed agreement are received.
Remaining balance is due prior to the event date.
2. Guest Count Guarantee
A final guest count is required by an agreed-upon deadline.
This number will be used for menu preparation and billing, regardless of attendance.
Increases after the deadline may not be accommodated.
3. Menu Confirmation & Changes
Menus must be finalized by the agreed confirmation date.
Any changes requested after confirmation are subject to availability and additional cost.
Dietary restrictions must be disclosed in advance; last-minute requests cannot be guaranteed.
4. Food Safety & Handling
All food is prepared in accordance with local health department regulations.
Once food has been delivered or served, Best Bet Catering is not responsible for food safety if:
Food is left unrefrigerated
Food is handled by individuals not affiliated with our team
Leftover food is released at the client’s discretion and responsibility.
5. Venue & Kitchen Access
The client is responsible for ensuring adequate kitchen access, utilities, and workspace.
If on-site conditions are unsafe or unsanitary, service may be modified or suspended without refund.
Any venue restrictions must be disclosed in advance.
6. Staffing & Service Time
Service duration is agreed upon prior to the event.
Additional service time requested on the event day is subject to availability and added fees.
Best Bet Catering is not responsible for delays caused by venue issues or client-provided vendors.
7. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations within a specified window may result in partial or full balance being due.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and may require additional fees.
8. Payments
Accepted payment methods are outlined in the agreement.
Late payments may incur fees and may result in cancellation of services.
Chargebacks or payment disputes void all guarantees.
9. Client Property & Damages
Best Bet Catering is not responsible for damage to the venue or client property caused by guests.
The client is responsible for any damages caused to catering equipment by guests or venue staff.
10. Liability & Force Majeure
Best Bet Catering is not liable for events beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, power outages, or emergencies.
In such cases, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule or adjust services.
